"I have been following Chelsea for awhile now. I started the diet in January after watching her for awhile. My daughter had zero receptive language, expressive language and wasn’t potty trained. A month ago we noticed her receptive language is now there. She is potty trained. And she is randomly responding with words! In January all my daughter ate was beef BOLGONA and fruit. NOW she eats everything!!"

"I love when my eyes pop out of my head with excitement of a new win. Was singing abc with the twins. Wes mimics some of the sounds already but my son went for it on the final note "z" on beat, on pitch. He also said "go" when playing with blowing/ letting air out of the balloon. His only real motivating play. This was on his own, not prompted!!!!"

"Hey guys, just wanted to update Charlie has been on this diet for about 4 weeks now, and I’m starting to see some really positive changes. He is starting to play with toys again, he’s interacting with us and making improved eye contact, he’s sitting and looking at his books and asking us to read a few pages. 2 months ago he would sit and look out the window most of the day :( His constipation has resolved, he no longer takes miralax. He has started to say a few words again. He participated in a group activity at gymnastics. So grateful for this community"
